For Emily's Location Shoot, we went down into Loveland to Peter's Cartridge Company! If you've never heard of it, it's an old abandoned warehouse along the Little Miami River, where they used to make bullets and cannonballs for the Union Army during the Civil War! How cool?! It's kind of dangerous, and obviously there's "no trespassing" signs all over the place. So, we made due with wandering around the edge of the property and using the perimeter as our backdrop for this super awesome location shoot! I'm pretty sure they're thinking about tearing it all down soon, so we're glad we were able to take advantage of such a neat place with Emily!
She's practically a model, and I'm not just talking about her being a 2018 Senior Model! She's just so stinkin' good at falling into poses and giving us the exact expressions we want in the moment. She wore fall-style clothes for this session so that she could have a couple different looks in her collection. What a great idea! The sun went in and out during Emily's session, and toward the end it started sprinkling on us. At that point we had done just about all we could do with the exterior of the buildings so we packed things up and called it a day! It was such a nice change of pace for us, and sooo much fun! Thanks for braving the busy streets and creepy doorways of this location with us, Emily!
After all of that, we had a chance to come back to the studio to photograph Emily in her Varsity Cheer uniform! Again, she is SO easy to photograph, and we were done in like 15 minutes! Overall, Emily has an awesome Senior Portfolio, and we cannot wait to see which images are her absolute favorites!
